I take it the sofa challenge has been scrapped following the departure of Harry Gration?. BBC Newsline is my region but I absolutely loved the sofa challenge. thought it was great fun

Even if they DID bring back the sofa challenge whenever they thought it would be okay to do so it wouldn’t be the same without Harry. BBC Newsline is my region but I loved watching the sofa challenge.

Looking back, the BBC management were right. If they’d have done it could have been a super spreader event that was seen as the cause of Yorkshire’s entire Covid death toll!

That video looks so ridiculous now in retrospect - and of course just before the height of the pandemic it was the right call for the BBC to pull it - as disappointing as it was for the show at the time. Little did everyone know what was around the corner.
Of course it never happened and wonder if it’ll ever happen again of course Mr Gration now on to pastures new.
