This Morning
Phillip has just posted on his Instagram that they’ve just finished filming a second show this afternoon. That’s before he did a live walk from Studio 3 to Studio 1 where The Cube is filming.

So guessing Monday’s show is with Phil and Holly but pre-recorded.

Closer inspection of the videos shows the timings on the cameras (and he mentions that Loose Women is live) & that it's only 12:33. So he's posted this hours after filming it.

I believe when he says "end of a busy week, filming two shows" he means that he's been doing This Morning every morning this week & the Cube every afternoon. Not that they've just finished a pre-record of This Morning!
I'm sure Phil has filmed other shows back to back with This Morning before although it's probably the first time he's done it and been able to just walk from TC3 to TC1 rather than travel to somewhere like Elstree.
The Alison & Dermott Opening Titles look a lot better than the Eamon & Ruth version IMO,

Also, I was watching a video from the debut of this set in 2015 (well, v1 before the TVC Move). Is this the longest version of the set they have had (minus the small changes with the Move)?
Alison and Dermot were on Lorraine earlier to talk about their partnership ahead of their week of shows. They genuinely really do seem to enjoy working with each other. It was also mentioned that Alison has been a part of This Morning for 18 years, which made me feel incredibly old!

I think you could be right, This Morning have always been known for adjusting their sets at regular intervals, and prior to 2015 with the zoned off time of sets, they would often update different areas at different points or make subtle changes, for example to the wallpaper.

The move to TVC delivered a brand new set, but was designed to replicate the last London Studios set, but I think the original idea was to have a similar set to make viewers feel that they were still from the same studio whilst the builds took place before moving back to the South Bank.
I do wonder if they’ll phase out the Thames view at any point in the future and opt for the outside of TVC to reflect the titles and break stings.

I doubt it. As much as I like TVC, it is not the prettiest or most iconic building in the UK, unlike the Thames which is fairly distinctive.
They were mocking the window view the other day when they were talking about the weather being so poor and Phil saying how they'd spend the morning in a windowless room before going outside and finding out it's pooring - with Holly pointing out the windows around them and Phil saying it's the only place in Shepherd's Bush you get a view of the Thames.
@Brekkietweets
The presenters are fairly open that the view isn't real and the advantage of having a fake view is that you can change it within a click of a button.

It's unlikely This Morning will change the view, the outside of TVC isn't great.
First time Alison and Dermot have crossed to Ruth on Loose Women - all seemed civil enough.

Worth noting Eamonn is basically having to learn to walk again at the moment.

Were you expecting Ruth to start a live TV attack on them?
Seems like Ruth has confirmed that her and Eamonn will be back on This Morning for the Summer.

It'll be interesting to see whether they return on Fridays covering for Alison and Dermot for 2 or 3 weeks before Phil and Holly go on their Summer Holidays

I expect Alison & Dermot will continue to do Fridays up until the summer series. The only reason Eamonn & Ruth took the 2/3 weeks off beforehand was to have some rest before their 6/7 week summer stint.
