Sky News seem to be running without the usual Hour Top intro before the headlines, noticed overnight yesterday and was the same on breakfast this morning and just now at midnight.

Well it is back now, here it is in action a few minutes ago:

The graphics team most obviously do not work on the weekend.   They've probably been working in the morning to fix this and I believe the first TOTH was 11am with the graphics

Sky will be hosting the first TV debate for the Conservative Party Leadership with Kay Burley on the 18th July.

Sky seem to be happy with the on-screen resignation tracker from last week, that they are now showing the hottest place at the moment (info still correct at time of posting)

Sky must be low on staff quite recently if they are double shifting Kay Burley. Have seen cover staff on every daytime show outside of Kay Burley apart from Ian King who clearly isn't going to be hosting any political coverage based on a clip that went viral this week!
