Geoff Marshall used to work for the BBC and some of his early Internet outings were less train and more technology orientated.
His other channel, which he does with his wife Vicki is All The Stations
https://youtube.com/c/AllTheStations
It's also train related but started by documenting their trip to visit every railway station in the UK a few years ago which was a brilliant watch, and they cut down into a documentary:

A bit more niche, but I recommend Bee Here Now, which specialises in videos of history notably in Manchester (and some of the surrounding areas), with quite a lot of focus on railways. Certainly it’s a worth watch if you’re in to your northern history. This is the most recent video:

Slightly specialist but if you like Indie Games (and especially Cities: Skylines, the now-king of the city builder games after Maxis made a complete and utter hash of the launch of SimCity 2013) then YouTuber Biffa might be of interest, a classic example of presentation evolution if you go back far enough, and its one of my favourite channels, having racked up a thousand hours or so myself in Skylines:

There are many people on YouTube who play Cities: Skylines and record their gameplay, each with their own styles, methods and presentation techniques. Even professional city planners play this game (both for fun and for work).
If we're talking about a particular style on YT videos, HalfAsleepChris has a particular visual style that's consistent across his videos, revolving around hand-drawn animation, stop motion and scrabble letters.

His audio/sonic branding is very consistent across the board too, with his own library of tracks now released on a separate channel:

JamesWorldNews' post in the Coronation Street thread prompted me to say this, but the Isolation Creations channel is just fab. The attention to detail in their videos is amazing too and I do wonder if there's a hint of pres geekery about it too.

Never underestimate the power of cats to power YouTube views, as proved by this parody of a scene from Jurassic Park:

This video has only been up seven days and has already attracted over 7.5m views. It is on the OwlKitty channel, full of parodies of moments in TV and film.
Lizzy (stage name: OwlKitty) is a 4 year-old floof living in Portland, Oregon. She stars in all your favorite movies and tv shows [via green screen and rotoscoping] and gets lots of treats and cuddles in return. Offscreen, Lizzy loves her laser pointer, her adoptive mother (a 12 year-old tabby) and the taste of cream cheese.
Retroblasting is a fantastic channel, Michael French and Melinda Mock mix nostalgia, criticism and repair tutorials with a lot of humour:

Another of my Gen Z sensibilities showing, but here's some good old fashioned VHS/Animation Horror, courtesy of Xploshi. It's not for the young of body or young of mind:

Captain Disillusion's videos are a marvel to watch, it's amazing to see how he breaks down videos made by individuals wanting to make a viral video. You should definitely binge his content, it's Mythbusters for the VFX artist.

Hope i can put this here. Just a few moments ago while watching videos on Microsoft Edge Windows 10, the picture on my desktop player had a purple, orange and pink hue to it. However, it's since disappeared as the laptop has now returned from sleep. It only happened on YouTube playback and not in any other online player.
Another YouTuber I recommend on here is Oliver Harper as he does retrospectives and films for his channel and here's his recent review on Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

If there's one music critic YouTuber I recommend and it's Mic the Snare. Here's his recent Deep Discog Dive on The Beatles.

Not so much a particular channel but a particular individual:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_fkpZSnz2I
Highlighting Dr Irving Finkel, a curator at the British Museum (perhaps best known for figuring out about the Royal Game or Ur and cuneiform tablets). He doesn't have a channel of his own (well he does but there's no content on it), so his YouTube appearances are all on other channels. You may have seen him on The British Museum's channel alongside Tom Scott on on the game of Ur (and a follow up video on the Matt and Tom channel), and he (Finkel) has a playlist of his own on the British Museum's channel: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...SqQReT7QyK
I don't normally watch lectures on YouTube but I started watching this individual and next thing I knew I was twenty minutes into it and enjoying it immensely - a very interesting style of presentation and good sense of humour.
Came across this video last night:

I bought a TV like this from a market back in 2001, and yeah... it wasn't very good. The main issue with the one I had is that it was made for one of the European PAL standards (can't remember if it was B/G or D/K now, though I think it was the former) rather than the UK PAL-I standard, so because of the different separation between the audio and video frequencies meant it was impossible to tune properly into both the audio and the video, it was either one of the other, with the other being out of tune (or working out a compromise in the middle where both were out of tune, and still wasn't brilliantly watchable).
Might not have been too bad if it was actually a PAL-I version.
And despite what that video says, it did tune into the VHF TV frequencies, but of course never got anything on there as it wasn't in use.

This was waved at me on YouTube and I have to say the attention to detail and the overall package is just absolutely stunning.
(edit 27/04/22 - video went walkies due to forum migration. It was a video on the "Jelle's Marble Runs" channel, but they're all the same presentation style so take your pick!)
