I can't believe that it has been days since TV-Ark went into low-power mode, yet I worry that TV-Ark won't fully-return until some months later or next year.

We had a catastrophic server failure which has resulted in us having to rebuild the site. While I can't give a definitive return date, we are working hard to ensure that TVARK is back running at full power as soon as possible. TVARK is a genuine labour of love for myself and my colleagues. Thanks for your continued patience.

Plus thinking on. The broadcasters know that TV Ark is a proper 'museum' of sorts that celebrates the televisual art with a lot of proper love and effort put into it. So it wouldn't be in the broadcasters - or their solicitors for that matter - best interests to be "the bad guy".

That's good, so you probably wouldn't have issues from them if you used an alternative, more reliable form of hosting your videos

And of course those who have the same content as TV Ark on the likes of YouTube (sometimes taken from TV Ark) don't have many issues either

June is nearing it's end, and July will begin on Friday, I'm worried that July will be the fifth full month that TV-ARK is still in low power mode.

I'm also worried that TV-Ark won't return properly until either near the end of this year, or sometime in 2023.

Well with all due respect you might want to be "worried" about other more pressing things than the lack of return of a website, that last time it was off (as mentioned above) took years to come back.

The whole operation is done on a voluntary basis. The people behind it will have other things in their lives to deal with - most probably work related. They're not going to rush back just because you can't find other websites that host similar content.

You're just repeating the same stuff you were pulled up on last time and hoping somebody will agree with you, which will disguise your complaining. That's a Digital Spy type forum discussion tactic, and DS is over there FYI -->
