Even That's TV have broken into their programming, usually Jewellery Channel on, but now just a caption announcing the death and music.

Holding page on Global radio station websites except LBC.

Dave have pulled the plug on programmes and are just showing a peaceful caption with a caption telling viewers to change to BBC News, along with the UKTV caption.

Anything from any of the commercial PSBs offshoot channels? Like ITV2, More4, etc

I'm surprised we aren't getting obit lower thirds on BBC News, we know they existed during the last look as they were erroneously used during a BBC One bulletin once.
#50
Nothing from Channel 4 yet.
Thought they would've known better...

If you skip back to 12.01 on the News Channel, you can see the moment where the journalists get the news - quite a bit of running around.
#52
It appears Global radio stations are in obit mode per brand, so Heart + decade stations and Dance are all simulcasting.

ITV2 is normal programming.

I think what's happened is UKTV have dropped adverts from the ad breaks and are showing that filler animation instead. Dave is showing normal programming now.

though the red breaking news graphics remain.

all of BBC Radio has joined together for a simulcast presented by Evan Davis.
World Service Radio was strangely late to cover, and welsh language BBC radio seemed to be on the National Anthem and solemn music.

Would have been a nice touch if the BBC had ditched the usual red breaking news graphics and made them black.

Belatedly posting as inadverently posted in wrong thread, but ITV briefly had a glitch there where they cut away to a break ident before almost instantly returning to the news coverage. I would say it could be something auto-programmed that hadn't been overrided but 12:23 seems a bit early for This Morning to end and cut to their pre-Loose Women advert break.

Also noticeably is ITV News' name tags in the lower-thirds are now a light grey rather than white.

Are the BBC One schedules likely to be cleared tonight?

Bbc world news rolling with lower thirds and a blank flipper :-(
