Something I admire about these idents is that they use some rather neat VFX, but very subtly done, to the point you can easily forget it's there. All the little bits of rotoscoping, layers disappearing under other layers. I'm also interested in how they achieved the camera passing 'through the wall' in the cafe idents.

Ha! If that's the case, that would definitely be one way to make myself look an idiot. I genuinely thought they'd spliced two bits of footage together. Possibly overthinking.

I would say however that seeing the equipment they have used in other idents for the rotoscoping I've no idea how that passes through a door. Maybe they used a camera on tracks for this one?
