This reminds me of Ukraine's Parliamentary channel Rada which had a refresh in December 2021 when they added more current affairs and news programming although they never had any entertainment shows
Hong Kong Open TV and HK International Business Channel, 2018 onwards. The latter is an English-speaking channel with business programming, or realistically Bloomberg simulcasts. This junction shows its holding slide, ident, programme change caption and the standard caption:

And a standard promo endboard (at 1:21):

Meanwhile, the Cantonese channel waved goodbye to the Katy Perry theme and the Fantastic TV name. They opted for OpenTV, playing a pun as 'turn on the TV' in Cantonese can be directly translated to 'open the TV'. Their ident utilizes the pun, with positive phrases containing the character:

The standard promo endboard, recorded at the end of analog broadcasting (at around 1:00):

Plus, the channels are greenlit by the authorities to be transmitted over-the-air from April 2022. Here's their handy tutorial on how to retune:

In addition, a third OTA channel (Ch.78) with news and information is set to launch at the end of 2022. This is the current testcard on that channel:
Now on TVTalk, Pres Café and DeviantArt. Goodbye to all that, TVLF.

The rebrand is reportedly being handled by next-door neighbour TV Nova, and will affect sister stations TV Doma and Dajto, to be renamed Markíza Doma and Markíza Dajto.

It also coincides with the launch of a new sister station, Markíza Krimi, focusing on true crime and procedural series, set to launch in June.

And Markíza Krimi is now on air. Judging by the amount of teasing on TV Markíza's Youtube channel, looks like the station is looked on as a viral success.

Here's a showreel released 3 days prior, consisting the ident and promo, both of which centred around circles. To me, the lens effect and circular centre in the idents remind me of a certain British flagship channel  Wink

And another promo, with show titles shown in a style that might be the new channel's IPP?

And along the lines of CME, the group expanded to Croatia, as they acquired RTL Hrvatska a few days prior. In their press release, there will be close collaborations with Pro Plus in Slovenia, and management changes are made to signal the teamup.
Now on TVTalk, Pres Café and DeviantArt. Goodbye to all that, TVLF.
Rai Sport has updated its OSP, dropping the orange tones in favor of blue hues; all the presentation is still completely aligned with the Rai brand system, initially developed by Argentinian motion designer Eloisa Iturbe, and since updated by Flopicco Design Studio (created by former Fox International Channels designer Florencia Picco and many of her colleagues).

Antenna TV, USA, 13/6/2022. The archive TV channel rebranded itself, retaining the telly symbol but changed the wordmark to a standard sans-serif.
The ident, with a new jingle:

and an odd one that is more akin to the one before the rebrand:

TVB J2, Hong Kong, 20/6/2022. Accompanied by a wide array of new shows, the youth-oriented channel underwent a rebrand, dropping the decade-old wordmark and playing down the TVB connections.

Junction for imports follows a template, which is also usd on holding slides like bilingual broadcasting, indirect advertising, Parental Guidance and closedown.

Also includes a new DOG that transforms from DTT channel number, full-coloured logo to a white one:

Promo endboard for imports (32s in) and bumper (akin to TVB's 2005 look with the multi-layered symbol). Self-made shows have their own trailers with the new logo.

Vermont Public, USA, 2022. Today, the Vermont members of NPR (Vermont Public Radio) and PBS (Vermont PBS) were renamed Vermont Public (sic), completing a merging process which began last year; where both companies announced their integration to form a single, multi-platform media group. The merged brand retains the heritage of the former VPR and Vermont PBS brands, uniting their green hues within the new logo, a simplified version of the state shape, representing their new stories from every corner tagline. The new identity was designed by a local firm, Solidarity of Unbridled Labour.

BBC First is to get new idents down under in August so will be interesting to see if they follow the UK channel template.

Quote:From mid-August, BBC First will have a new on-screen look with new channel idents inspired by the strands of storytelling and the art of costume design. Built on the scripts of some of the biggest shows, words combine to form strands and storylines that weave, twist, fray and distort before revealing the BBC First logo.

Channel 37, Qatar, 2022. The Qatar Media Corporation is launching a third domestic channel this autumn, shortly before the World Cup, which will be targeted at expatriates. The channel, named Channel 37, will be broadcasting mostly in English, but will also devote hours to Korean and Hindi programming, including local dramas; the bulk of content will be locally-produced, with 20 original shows; a daily morning and evening magazine; and three daily newscasts; additionally, the show will air original documentaries and factual shows on all things related to the Kingdom.

The channel is investing in technology, including 4K production from the outset and the latest video recording equipment and technologies, including an Aerial Imagery and Reporting department; additionally, for World Cup coverage, the channel will build satellite studios in various strategic areas to offer insider coverage of the football tournament, and will share some resources with its sister Al Kass satellite sports network.

The launch of the channel will mean each of the big Gulf countries will have some sort of channel targeting the expat population (except Saudi Arabia, their lone expat service, Saudi 2 TV, was closed at the end of 2017 to reallocate resources into digital-first content, in the line of the Saudi Vision 2030 strategic programme); the channel will also join the existing network of QMC Television channels, including Qatar TV (the main channel, focused on news, cultural programming and government affairs, available in domestic and satellite versions); Qatar TV 2 (focusing on archive programming and documentaries) and the Al Kass network, consisting of 4 FTA channels and 4 pay channels available through the beIN Network.

The channel's brand identity was designed by German integrated design group Flint Skallen, with music coming from Stephen Arnold Music; both of them have already collaborated on doing the brand identity for CGTN since 2017. The sets and newsroom studio are being designed by Jürgen Bieling (Billionpoints Design), another longtime partner.

Disney Channel International is rolling out a flatter new look, initially for the CEEMEA and Spanish feeds.

The USA and Latin American versions of the channel are unaffected: the USA still uses the latest global look, whilst Latin American has a standalone design created by Flopicco Design Studio (introduced shortly after the Disney/Fox IC merger).

PBS Kids' new logo and brand identity will launch on July 19. Lippincott, who previously worked with PBS on their 2019 rebrand, did the entire rebranding process. As expected, Dash, Dot, Del and Dee will replaced by a kit of characters which prioritises American minorities (African American, Latinxs, Muslim Americans, Indian Americans, queer communities, the disabled and impaired...) but retains the familiar graphical style of the troupe which graced PBS Kids for over two decades; the colour palette is now that of the core PBS brand, but much lighter and kid-friendly.

If you say Dot, Del and Dee are being replaced, then why are they interacting with the new characters in the video?  Confused
