Not exactly a former BBC studio, as the BBC still operate the three TV studios at the Television Centre, with This Morning, GMB, Lorraine and Loose Women all using Studios TC2 and TC3, hired out to ITV by BBC Studioworks - yes I am being pedantic, sorry!

Is Sara going to be presenting her Radio 2 programme from Salford when she presents Morning Live, assuming she's doing a week of cover and not the odd day here and there.

Odd wording considering those three have been regularly presenting for months. Was thinking the move might be the opportunity to sort the presenter situation out.

Kym is on tour for the next few months in Fatal Attraction so I imagine her appearances on ML will be far and few between.

Looking at the ABC website, studio operator Versa has space right at the top of the building on the 10th floor... with another new space, with a higher ceiling height, constructed on top of the original building. So it would look like it's going to be there.

Not to turn this into a r*ta thread, but I personally prefer the team doing the odd day here and there- I like the element of surprise- 'ooh, who's it going to be?' Surprised though that they're moving up north and not using a facility in MediaCity- it probably wouldn't work coming out of Dock 10 (most of those studios would be far too big for the show) unless they used the Blue Peter set or something, but the main BBC building doesn't have much going on in it- is it just the news and Breakfast?
