Of course the impartiality rules are even tougher in the weeks leading up to elections.

I reckon they’ll probably have 2 or 3 main studios, but it’ll mostly be screens so easy for each show to have its own branding elements. I imagine they’ll be a consistent graphic look across all programmes.
I note on the GB News website the invitation to "Join Free Today" and if you sign up to their mailing list you will receive partner offers.
That's not normally a wording you see to sign up to a mailing list. I wonder if they may ultimately seek to monetise its online audience through some form of membership with exclusive access or through marketing offers.

I imagine they'll take a trick from the Light Entertainment book and use LED screens and lighting to create different looks. It's a very efficient and affordable way of doing it. Indeed, at Global Radio they can change their main studios to any brand with a mouse click (there's even mirror image versions for selfies) - I visited Leicester Square a few years ago but could have played with that all day! :lol:
Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up a single GMB style studio with desk area and sofa area.
This does have the advantage of keeping a "thread" running through the output.
Rachel Sweeney is joining GB News as their North East reporter. She's been part of ITV Tyne Tees for 13 years.

Maybe Lucy Meacock is joining GB News for north west? She’s not been on screen for two months now.
I wonder if, like seemingly every time he was on Coast, he'll be always 'amazed' or 'awestruck the the magnificence of it all' being on GB News?

Presumably they'll be 10 minute snippets of his show to slot into the schedule whenever required. :wink:
@Brekkietweets
He’s been a regular guest on Mike Graham’s talkRADIO show recently.
He seems to be someone well into the old culture wars. But an good broadcaster, who’ll certainly be an interesting watch.
