That is very well done, and love the fact that the BBC News presenters got in on the act too.
Very good. Reminds me of this...

Looks like the light/panel with the globe animation at the front of the desk in studio E is broken today. It's been black/off all morning.

Does it use the same projection technology as the newsroom hoop also broke.
Was back on for (at least) the 12pm TOTH, didn't look to be broken in any way.

I wonder why he has now deleted his Twitter account?

Seems like he was getting criticism for the lack of diversity in the newsreaders.
Ah damn. I didn't see the new countdown from his account. Is it real or fake.

It wasn’t a countdown, just a tiktok video he made with rhyming words put to a beat about the day’s schedule on bbc news featuring a selection of presenters. It wasn’t anything official, just a bit of fun.
This evening's South Today included one package with pre-rendered lower thirds - and the old BBC logo...

The rest of the programme used the correct logo.
Technical blooper with Lewis Vaughan-Jones after the Queens Speech VT this evening, his microphone was dead. Which meant that the cameras jumped to Nick Eardley [presumably by script or by the director pressing the button to go there] staring blankly into the camera waiting for Lewis to ask the question, which Lewis was obviously asking but for which no one could hear.

Funnily enough GB News suffered a similar problem with Colin Brazier earlier.

Maybe they're sharing sound technicians these days.  Big Grin

That's absolutely ridiculous. It's awful how someone can put together a funny video and people go out of their way to criticise it to the point where he has to delete his Twitter account

I thought it was utterly cringeworthy and completely naff but yes no one should have to delete their account
Well the report on the 6 tonight about the Housing & Planning reforms in England set out in the Queen's Speech yesterday, demonstrates nicely how after 23 years, UK-wide BBC News still hasn't fully come to terms with devolution....... (Roll eyes)
