It looks like they've shuffled a couple of rounds around in order to accommodate Chelsea v Leicester on the 15th - they were scheduled to meet in the league that weekend too.
Matches originally scheduled for the midweek round on the 11th & 12th are now mostly on 15th & 16th, and the fixtures from the weekend of the 15th are now on the midweek round on the 19th. The final Sunday remains unchanged. There also seem to be a few catch-up matches from earlier in the season.
(I also see there are a couple of Sunday 14.05 KOs coming up - that's unusual, isn't it?)
