At the start of every show he claims there is "no bias" in his programme, and within seconds he takes time to throw a tonne of mud towards former Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak, calling him "Fishy Rishi" - can someone explain to me how this is allowed? It is a personal smear by Dan I believe, he seems to be obsessed with Rishi, in the same way Piers Morgan is obsessed with Merghan Markle.
Surely Dan's programme has violated Ofcom rules on impartiality thousands of times, but it seems he has not been rapped by the regulator.
Anyone have any idea how this is allowed under British media rules?

I think they get away with it by having a token ‘woke’ and/or ‘centre-left’ person on the ‘Superstar Panel’
like Benjamin Butterworth or Becca Hutson. That way they can claim there is a counter-balance to Dan’s rants (by having someone there for him to shout at). It’s also the reason the news updates are there - to maintain some semblance of impartiality. I do agree though - it’s exceptionally childish. He also always refers to Sky News as ‘Sly News’. Primary school level stuff, IMO.
