Launch BBC One North

This launch is odd, we were supposed under the initial plan to see the channel on the iPlayer as per BBC Scotland. No sign so far. I'm wondering whether this is a soft launch in all but name.

It's not a new channel or service, it's just alternative junctions on an existing one. There's no seperate programmes so there's no point having it as a seperate stream on iPlayer - it can be seen using the existing 4 northern regional ones
