That appears to be a leftover from when the BBC was showing Neighbours up until around the time they stopped showing it and Channel 5 took over.
Of course it is. I was just amused to see it come up when I went looking for stories on how the Beeb lost Neighbours all those years ago. Wonder how it would be rating now if it had stayed on BBC1.
