Oops - the Channel Islands didn't make it onto the multiscreen again. It's becoming a semi-regular problem!

Would that be because the Channel Islands come through Spotlight or that In theory not make a difference?  

I always thought the late bbc regional news was pre recorded unless some major news story broke during the evening, 

Or am I barking up the wrongs tree thinking the bbc  regional news is slowly following itv  Regional news recorded news bulletins i

I don't think that the BBC pre-records entire bulletins, though I'm surprised it hasn't been mandated given budget cuts.
