Stop being so miserable! The press heckling Ministers going into and out of No 10 was intended to add a bit of interest to packaged reports, and history shows the Ministers sometimes do reply.
Most famous for this was 'Gobby' Paul Lambert who explained: "The point really is to fill in the pieces of the TV bulletin piece that you haven't got pictures to fill in. You know someone isn't going to say anything, you just need something to happen."
One of my favourites was him being cheeky to George Osborne, who was trying to deflect the fact the hadn't met his deficit reduction targets... Video below: Link

Lambert died in 2020, and even Osborne ended up paying tribute saying he was "one of the best".
