That does show that E4 Extra is continuing to be played out by the Box Plus side rather than the Channel 4 side.

The gfx pause is a set timing on media type, it is designed for elaborate acquisitions where the graphics clash so it guarantees we are out of the intro/outro, most stuff we have is now edited so is less of an issue but it’s there for safety, also it allows a firing structure for the P logo (product placement)

The trailer style is basically the same as E4, just instead of the multiple different fonts being used when the title bounces on screen, it's only the paint font 'Extra' is typed in, then at the end in a similar way the break bumpers, they've just slapped the 'Extra' in light red over the repeating E4 pattern.
