One thing that doesn't seem to have been mentioned, although I'm not sure how relevant it is for this forum, is that the grass on Centre Court no longer fills the entire space like it used to. The ballkids and line judges are now standing on a non-grass surface and a half-moon cut out exists at the top right of the court (which is to the right of the royal box as we look at it from the tv feed). In all previous years, the whole area was covered in grass, which meant the points where the ballkids stand (at the royal box end) would be worn away by finals day. This doesn't seem to be the case on any of the other courts, which makes it a standout for me imo.
