X Factor to return?

I think it’s too soon for them to want to play the nostalgia card, Pop Idol has been away longer and didn’t last long so genuinely could. But as with Epic Gameshow I think this often has a relatively short shelf life. An X Factor revival would probably not win ITV any new viewers compared to X Factor at the end of its life, but this would likely be better compared to what they currently have for A/W season. It was still doing at least a good 5-6 mill at the end, and in good demographics, so could make sense.
