Nice to see there could be a bit of loyalty and thanks from PL to the main three live broadcasters for stepping up since the resumption last June, with a painless rubber stamping of the existing packages to the same broadcasters leaving the sport without an potentially damaging money raking bloodbath blind auction.

And, anything that totally pees off DAZN or worse, Eleven Sports by locking them out for another three years can only be a good thing.

Not sure having a closed shop is a great idea.

After all, am I the only one who thinks that the ITV franchises should be competed for once a decade?

The PL and any other sport is entitled to charge as much for its IP and other assets as possible.
