However as things stand I think Susanna leaving might be what is required for them to finally permanently replace Piers, relaunching with a new permanent duo at the helm.
In that case, you may as well move Ben and Kate up to the front of the week with Ranvir or Charlotte doing the backend of the week with Sean Fletcher
