CBS branding to be dropped from UK channels.

The CBS-AMC partnership is being disbanded (in the UK at least). The channels will become wholly owned by AMC and so there will be no C5 related rebrands.

Where did you hear that?

I've looked into this in more detail, I think this info originally came from mavreela from the DigitalSpy forums, in the 2020 accounts of CBS UK Channels (which was published in December 2021) it mentions that there's a possibility of the partnership being disbanded, something I've should've spotted.

The Company in 2020 has fully impaired the investment of £6,257,526 as it was probable to expect by the end of 2021 the cease of trading of the partnership between AMC and CBS. As of the signing date of these financial statement, the perspective is to keep trading until the end of 2022 with a detailed consideration over the future prospects, the investment in the joint venture has remained fully impaired.
