Yes, FWIW I think it's coincidence too and it's not unusual for arenas to have significant gaps in their schedule.  I also thought it seems a couple of weeks late too - heck not even sure a month would be long enough.

Eurovision normally takes over a venue from the start of April.

I can see the final being on the 27th May to avoid having to air semi 1 up against a CL semi and semi 2 up against the Europa and Conference league semis. They have clashed before but the EBU tries to avoid it.
