I suppose it's not beyond the realms of possibility that it could be a two-stage rebrand. New look but still with the old name for now, then re-edit the end of title sequence in X weeks/months to have a new name (and update the drone shot of the building, as the "UTV" rooftop signage is visible. The signage would presumably be replaced if/when any full rebrand to ITV were to occur).
I thought UTV Live should be ITV News Ulster TV. UTV Life gets cancelled. Then View From Stormont uses their set.
