That was surely an error by Seema Katetcha, perhaps trying to throw some ad lib into the intro. Many of the irregular NC presenters try their own style - usually always ends in failure.
Not a fan of Seema doing rolling news. She's excelling at her role at Panorama. This maybe however the BBC saves money buy having multidiscipline journalists.
Martine Croxall started the News at One saying the same thing. Sounds like the autocue wasn't amended, but doesn't explain why the One was introduced that way. Let's see what happens on Monday.
For about 3 days a few months ago the One was introduced as 'The BBC's One O'Clock News' so could just be an error.
Another fact, The Six is always introduced as 'Welcome to the BBC News at Six' (George says it slightly differently) and when Huw's presenting it, there's no introduction at all, he just says 'Good evening...' and then into the top story. The Ten has never had a voiced by the presenter intro so there's not much consistency.
