I think if it is outside Ukraine, it’ll probably be a Ukrainian themed show possibly with Ukrainian hosts/acts, possibly produced by the Scandinavians in possibly the O2 arena.
I also think it’s more likely to be in London than of the UK had won, where I imagine it’s be in one of the nations or Manchester.
Frankly sentiment may have played a big part in determining who won but it'll need to be put aside in determining who stages the contest. I doubt anything final will be announced imminently other than perhaps confirmation of who will host if Ukraine isn't able to do so and a date for a final decision to be made.
