I can’t see the travel advices around the world saying Ukraine is safe to travel to by September. And that’s when the EBU need to decide.
Those cities are still getting air raid warnings and occasional attacks. That’s another major risk factor. Would Broadcasters be able to get affordable insurance to travel to Ukraine for the delegation members?
