This is where the public and commercial side of the BBC gets confusing - I assumed BBC Studioworks was set up to handle all of the studio arrangements for the BBC, though IIRC there was an issue in Scotland recently where BBC Studios were setting up something (Kelvin Hall?) which would effectively compete with BBC Scotland who still manage Pacific Quay.
