The big difference between TalkTV and GB News is while both have a right-wing agenda, TalkTV hasn't been as in your face about it, while on GB News you're not very far from a commentator speaking against trans rights or saying something equally as controversial. There was a period when Talk Radio was strong on the anti-vaxxer movement, but as restrictions have lifted, they haven't been as bad.
Clearly after watching the last few months of GB News has helped News UK to tone down their editorial while still allowing people to have their say and have positioned themselves in-between LBC and GB News which gives them a niche in the conservative speech market.
By the fact that TalkTV is the more accessible of the two tv stations, I think this one has the better chance of gaining not just the die hard right-wingers, but also a more mainstream audience who'll dip in for some of the shows.
