I take it the regions got the update too in the style seen last week on Look North?
They have indeed and I think the regions' title card looks better now but slapping the box logo over the rest of the titles seems odd.
It's like they've tried to reverse the change which was to say it was 'Look North/Midlands today from BBC News' so it's now 'BBC Look North' again (as seen on the end of the Midlands Today lunchtime bulletin below) but we still need to have BBC News there somewhere.

Of course, in typical BBC consistency style, BBC Look North Newcastle had the new BBC blocks on the titles...
