That's the episode Eamonn got stuck in traffic. Ruth was already in London as she'd done QVC the night before so stayed in a hotel.
I think that was generally because he didn't have much of a buffer in between his Sky gig and his This Morning start time. So if there was a slight delay it would cause problems.
However in this instance there had been a fatal crash which closed the A4.
