Guess the news beforehand may come from elsewhere - or just a standing shot with the screen.In terms of impartiality and who's been invited I think ITV have done well playing it safe here - I think the best, most impartial way to do things for the BBC later in the month (who've been getting some stick for including and excluding certain parties) would be to have the Tories, Labour and Plaid in one debate and then Lib Dems, Reform, Green, Abolish, maybe UKIP and Propel in another one. Judging by candidate numbers, previous performance etc it certainly doesn't sit right with me for the BBC to invite the Lib Dems and Abolish to the main debate and not Reform.
