It's dependent on whether Globecast cut the feed, or whether SES Astra did. If Globecast did, then it's just a dead stream at the satellite, but if SES Astra did, it would involve what I said before.
Quite complex stuff all this transmission lark!
The satellite owner can't do it unless they just switched off the whole transponder and that affects everything on it. That's not the way it will have been done
Not to start an argument, and I don't want that, but that's not how we saw it go down this end.
