Here's the verdict on the TF1 and M6 yard sale:
TFX and 6ter will be sold to Altice Media. And Paris Première will be taken off the TNT. TF1 and M6 will then have only seven channels, the maximum they can own to have their merger approved. Obviously, this is not the only hurdle, but it's a major one.

The channels will only be sold if the TF1/M6 merger is approved by the authorities. If it all goes through, Altice Media will become the third largest broadcaster in terms of market share (9,5% for the year 2021), behind the new TF1/M6 group and France Télévisions.
