Yes, the second half is the new branding, I've kept in the final bumpers and the theme song of the old branding for contrast and compare purposes and to mark the transition. You can see the DOG change at 2:33, the moment of the actual rebrand is at 3:44 (immediately after the very last ident of the old branding).
