I know this is all a guessing game but I really don’t think anyone other than Laura K, Nick R or possibly Emily M or Emma Barnett will be in the frame. Huw just doesn’t do this sort of thing (however much of a fan favourite he is here). And there’s no way they’d move this prog to Scotland, as Sky would just take advantage of doing theirs in London.
Agree with the point about the BBC moving the programme to Scotland (or even Salford), despite the need to be seen as "less London-centric".
And anyway, I don't think the Millbank studio - where the politicians go to be interviewed by BBC Breakfast - is used at weekends.
