That would be a be a pity if it were to be the case. Sky is now the only “broadband-independent” full-feature pay TV service (I discount Now, which doesn’t offer terrestrial tv channels) in the ROI market, since Virgin Media introduced a requirement (which never existed before) to use VM broadband if you are taking its new TV 360 box. Triple pay used to be an option now it appears to becoming a compulsion. I myself take Sky TV and VM broadband - it may be an expensive combination but it is the best one.
