I managed to find the survey on Swagbucks - I was only offered questions about the proposed BBC Weather/iPlayer/Sounds app icons, rather than new on-screen identities. I feel a little like I'm missing out, but it was interesting to see nonetheless. The app icons follow a three-block motif, though only Sounds seemed to have the (new) BBC logo as part of the icon.
