Firstly, London/South East hybrid bulletins were the norm from March to September 2020, and secondly, it returned for a bit the week starting January 23 due to staff shortages at BBC London, but these bulletins would make an occasional return now and then when BBC London had problems of their own - as it had done a few times pre-pandemic.
