Here is what I expect the phases will be -
Phase 1 - Website
Phase 2 - Flagship channel logos
Phase 3 - Building signage
Phase 4 - Merchandise
Phase 5 - Non-flagship channel logos

All BBC channel logos worldwide will presumably be changed simultaneously, except for BBC Select and BBC Kids which already use the new blocks, even if they just slap the new logo on the old idents.
