Yeah - was going to say i'd heard them pre-launch too. I think it's only Bauer owned stations? I suppose Wireless/Global would see it as competition to their own stations.
Well, if so we're back to the situation of 'unlawful' rejection of advertisers if that was the case, (discussed about 100 pages back in here)
There must be some clause for advertising products too similar to your own though? As you'd never see an advert for The Sun inside the Daily Star, for example. (Unless it's all gentlemen agreements, but I doubt Wireless would like GB News being advertised on TalkRadio)
Although - you do see ITV/Channel 4 taking spots on other channels. But isn't there a rule that they can't advertise a specific time of programme on the ad?
