On subtitling, if I've understood Ofcom's access services code correctly, they will, within about 6 months but more likely a year, set GB News a target for signing and subtitling hours? Primarily according to audience share?
There's a separate, updated list of channels: BBC News and Sky are on the full - "level one" - list, Al Jazeera doesn't appear anyway, and Parliament is specifically named as exempt due to low audience share (though they do have subtitles, just not any signing afaik).
