I'd suspected it when the spoilers for next week's episode don't actually mention Seb, but they do mention Nina

I picked up on that too, but I'd assumed it was either a fake out, or Seb would be in a coma for weeks. Given that this is based on a true story, it feels obvious now, but this outcome honestly wasn't on my radar at all.
