Yes, fair point about Amazon and to their credit they have resisted both price rises and a surcharge for Prime Sport content. Any news on the tennis right BTW - weren't their reports Amazon might bail on that? Discovery BT would seem the most likely contender for those I'd have thought.
Talking of bailing down under Seven are again going to court to try and get out of the cricket deal they clearly paid too much for and has been a disaster from the start, basically claiming the covid related rearranged schedule was a breech of contract.

Agree Martin Gillingham is not the most exciting of commentators but has lived in South Africa in the past so can add extra knowledge and cultural flavour to the coverage other British commentators may not do.
Looks like Alan Quinlan is co-commentator on the Ireland matches for Sky.

Nice to see Sky giving the summer tours - effectively - the Lions treatment. It'd be nice to think this is a sign they still want a piece of the international rugby pie.

Also if that ad, tongue in cheek as it is in anything to go by, there’ll be a fair few of Sky Sports former rugby on air talent back on for the few weeks, including Alex Payne, Michael Lynagh, Sean Fitzpatrick, and Will Greenwood. Apart from Stuart Barnes the notable omission being Scott Quinnell, though it appears they have Jamie Roberts ready to step directly into his role.

BBC iPlayer showing the U19 UEFA U19 Championship final tonight Israel v England KO 1900 from Slovakia.
Premier Sports kept this one very quiet, but the Mediapro LaLiga TV channel has been removed from Sky and VM U.K. It will remain available for U.K. viewers via Premier Player and Amazon Channels. Not sure what ROI fans of LaLiga are supposed to do in that instance, but apparently there will be LaLiga coverage on the main Premier Sports channels now.

Although I'm not a fan of the score across the bottom the Supersport graphics and how they integrate all the extra info (tries, sin bins etc.) is really nice.
