At various times in our lives, television has no doubt played a greater part than others. Beyond our favourite programmes, some programmes or even just their theme tunes will forever be associated with particular periods of our lives. I thought it could be a bit of fun to share TV moments that have played a part in the soundtrack to our lives and perhaps share some stories.

The mid 90s This Morning titles, I'll forever associate with being off school sick. I remember being sat on the sofa under my duvet as the theme blared on for what seemed like an eternity. And then, when the programme finally started Richard & Judy would give us the lineup of that day's show, accompanied by even more music, the bed which would play for as long as it took to set up the first item.
I remember being off the morning after the infamous NTAs when Judy... fell out as it were. Much ribbing from Richard ensued.
