Tbh I'd rather have Christmassy versions of the current idents but with people doing Christmas themed activities in different locations.

I've found the market. It's a bit more visible in the 'calm' variant, but there's an orange lamppost in the distance, which is part of the wayfinding between Tate Modern and Southwark tube.
Archie's Autos is in fact a wine bar.

I found myself in that part of the world today - the wine bar is closed!

The Bubble is an apt name, though officially it's a "lens" of course.

But tbh tie-in idents are getting stale now. Some live-action idents themed around the Lens and its people themes for Christmas would be nice.

I agree. Once the show the idents are promoting has aired they (the idents) become a bit redundant. I would prefer non specific programme idents. They will possibly feature a football theme within them too since the World Cup Final isn't until 18th December.
