When did Channel Television change it's logo in 1998?

I didn't know where to put this so I put it in requests.
For a while now I've been trying to find out when Channel Television retired the 1993 ident and the "CTV" logo in 1998. If anyone knows, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Andrew Wiseman's excellent website says it was June 1st 1999.
