This is very much a long shot, but does anybody happen to have any high-quality, preferably wide or 'behind the scenes', images of the 1999-2003 national news set in studio N6.
I have scoured practically every relevant image library and it seems to be an era where the BBC have not released any images and there is little that is publicly available other than the snips that made it on to the Peter Sissons obit reel. The best behind the scenes footage is the 144p Huw Edwards 'how we made the news' segment from 2000 on YouTube which, while better than nothing, is not great due to very low resolution. I was just wondering whether anybody, more likely the more long-serving TVFers, had anything of any help. I'm more hopeful than expectant, but any new material would be much appreciated.
