After seeing another user's mock in the Gallery I did a bit of googling to try and know for sure if ITV2 ever had a logo produced in the style of the 1989 network logo.
After picking through the Intellectual Property Office website I found this registration

I was wondering if the logo on the left was ever seen on air or in the wild? It looks quite poor to be honest.
From there my googling took me to the unused 1998 idents that have been on YouTube, and thanks to content ID I can see that Joe Glasman composed the (Far superior than the ones that were used IMHO) music to the unused idents.
More interestingly is they were released on the Hum music library in 2019...
